Deleted notes no longer linger in the list
After you confirm deletion, the note now disappears from your notebook or All notes immediately, without needing a refresh.

Deleting a note could leave it visible when you returned to the list. That’s now fixed.
After you confirm deletion, Notes returns to your notebook or All notes with the deleted note removed. If you delete the last note in a notebook, the notebook correctly shows that it’s empty.
