A smoother path through workspace signup

Workspace signup now handles email addresses consistently and protects overlapping attempts from creating duplicate accounts. If verification or app setup cannot finish, visitors receive a clear retry path without another submission creating a second account.

When setup succeeds, the completion screen names the installed app and gives the customer a clearer path into the new workspace.
